No sound at all on iphone4s :(

I would like a refund of this application. There is no sound in either my iPhone 4S or iPad using this application. What a rip-off!

I like this. I think its a great tool to use.

Cant find settings for the app. All sounds on my phone are on including the sound kill switch is off. Help!

My 3 yr old can only do the letter hunt, as the rest of the games require semi-reading skills. The letter hunt is worth it.

Hey everyone! My child is wildly addicted to Super Why. She is 18 mos but has been watching it since 4 mos. theres no real age min on this app because even young babies enjoy the colors, and oversized faces/expressions. I got this app for my iPhone 4S and had no sound. Tried settings. Nothing. Read all the angry reviews with the same problem, then found one suggesting its the ringer off button on the side of the phone. THIS FIXED IT!!! Its an awesome app. Perfect for dinners out or when your child needs a distraction.

Just downloaded thus app, and there is indeed no sound. HELP?v

For anyone whose having a sound issue... Turn your device off vibrate... This app is great my two and half year old loves it! Great learning tool!

My 2.5 year old son and I both love this app for him! He is loving playing with it while using it to practice finding letters by both name and by the sound they make, forming letters (tracing them with his finger), and even a little reading with choosing one out of two words for sentence completion and rhyming identification (although he cant read, he is hearing the words said aloud while paired with the written word in front of him- so very helpful for teaching him.) I totally recommend this app for preschoolers or precocious two year olds who are interested in letters and words. We use it on the iPhone 4S and the sound works great!!

It cost $3 and my 3 year old got bored with it within 10 mins I just wasted $3!!!!! Do not get worst game ever!!!!! I want my money back NOW!!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars!!!!

I really enjoy the app and my 4yr. really enjoys playing/learning with it as well. My only peeve is that the story portion doesnt highlight the words as they are read and like the show. I think if they fixed this, the app would be worth 5 stars.

My intelligent 3.5 yo twins really like this app. Sound works fine.

Its hard to get my son to concentrate on learning while playing this game. It is much more fun to pick out silly words to make the scene look amusing then to actually pick the correct word. This game also allows for the child to have unlimited access to a sticker page. There is nothing about the application that pulls him back into the actual process of learning

Update, went to the app support link which has a section for sound doesnt work. One if the things to try was making sure your phone wasnt set to silent or vibrate with the slider on the side of the phone. Sure enough my phone was set to vibrate. Slid it over to normal and the sound works now! My son loves super why and I got this only to find the sound doesnt work.

I just downloaded this app for my 2 year old, an there is no sound. What did I pay $2.99 for? Please fix it.

Some freezing issue mid story. Also, the tracing of letters is a bit off. Otherwise it keeps the kid occupied.

I got this for my 3yr old and it constantly freezes!!!! She cant even get through one game! Wish App Store would have a refund policy! Again DO NOT PURCHASE!

Its good but the game almost seems under developed

This would be a good game, if it didnt crash. Bought for my daughter and she gets confused because she is doing the right thing but the game freezes on her. Wish I saw the other persons review first. Seriously App Store should give refunds.

I bought for my 4 year old, the music turns on but the screen is black. Ugh! Such a waste of money.
