Why! It has kept my 2 1/2 yr old grandson busy going on 2 hours now. Ha gets most everything correct. I just have to help him with a couple match ups! Download. Fun & they learn at the same time.

Low quality graphics. Repetitive. Song that repeats forever. Too slow for my kids to pay attention. Limited scenarios. Not worth the money. The best part is where kids can paste their stickers on a background. 2/5 stars for lack of variation and poor graphics.

It is giving him the confidence to spell and sound out letters, when he finds work books intimidating.

I hardly ever spend money on apps and this is why. Please fix this or give me my money back!

I wonder if all of the people complaining about there being no sound realize that if their phone is on vibrate, the sound shuts off as well. This could be the problem because the sound works just fine for me unless my phone is set to vibrate, then it turns off. All in all, a pretty educational game. My son loves to play with the characters from the tv show and gets excited when he gets answers right.

I love it my son learns so much more n it can review what he knows ! Even my 2 year old wants to play it !! I just wish they did alittle more challenge for my first grader plzz make it harder task for 1 n 2 graders thank uuu please include alpha pig singing n faster when they get the answers plzz cuz If it takes long my son gets bored thank u

My girls love Super Why! so I was excited to buy this app for them. Its useless since the sound does not work on my 4s. I hope they fix the glitch. What a waste of money!!!

There was no sound...Where is the sound?!!! Can I get my money back???!!!!!!! Can someone help me out? How can my child use this game, without the sound?

1: Check that the mute button (top button on left hand side of iPhone or switch on right hand side of iPad) is not set to mute. 2: Press the volume buttons on the left hand side of the iPhone or the right hand side of the iPad 3: If none of these work, open the Music application and use the volume slider to increase the volume. If that fails to work, launch the app and then: 1: Double Press the Home Button to bring up the fast switching menu (bottom of the screen) 2: Swipe the menu from left to right twice 3: You should now see a volume level. Drag the slider from left to right to increase the volume. Thanks Jennifer at PBS KIDS for all your help!

I followed the directions to fix the sound problem, but its still not working. Any others tips? This is frustrating. Its a five star app with sound and not even a star with no sound.

After reading reviews I felt apprehensive about buying this app because users claimed there was sound issues.. Fortunately this was not the case for us! The sound works and the game is awesome. My 2.5 year old loves putting the story together with me with Super Why. He knows words but does not read yet so this will be a great app to "grow into".

I love this app and use it a lot during speech therapy. The only thing I would change is let the user choose how many letters are displayed and then whether or not they say the word before you spell it. I have some clients who can spell cat by memory but they have difficulty recognizing the phonological sound of each letter in cat. All in all its great!

My 4 year old loves this app. They learn so much.
